Returns Policy & Right of Withdrawal

We hope you enjoy your purchase from Jai Studios. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items for an exchange, store credit, or refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition, with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are your responsibility; Jai Studios does not cover them.

All sale items are final and cannot be refunded or credited.

Please email us at contact@jai-studios.com to arrange your return and we will provide you with the shipping address to which returns should be sent.

Once your return is received and approved, we will refund the price of the items according to the original payment method or in the form of an online voucher.

Free shipping:

If your original order qualified for free shipping but a return causes the remaining order value to fall below the applicable free-shipping threshold, the standard shipping fee applicable to the original order will be deducted from the refund.

Right of withdrawal:

In accordance with French and EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without having to provide a reason.

To exercise this right, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know that you wish to make a return. Once your return request has been made within the withdrawal period, the item(s) must be sent back within 14 days.

The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund. Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
