Returns Policy

We hope you love your Jai Studios purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your items for an exchange, credit note, or refund within 14 days of purchase.

Your items must be unworn, in their original condition with all tags attached. You will be required to pay for the return shipping, Jai Studios will not cover this cost.

All sale items sold are final and cannot be returned for a refund or credit note.

Please email us at contact@jai-studios.com to organise your return and we will provide you with the shipping address which the returns must be sent to.

Once we have received and approved your return, we will offer the refund for the price of the items to the original payment method or as an online voucher.
